Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping: 

We use Australia Post for our domestic shipping, our shipping rates are based on the weight of your items you have ordered. 

All parcels are sent with adequate padding to avoid damage caused by rough handling, if you do receive a parcel that is damaged please take photographs of the damage before opening and send it to us via email at monique.murphy@essentialbathtime.com or contact us on our facebook page www.facebook.com/essentialbathtime 

Local Delivery/Pick Up: If you are in our local area.       ( Byford, Serpentine Jarrahdale, Armadale or surrounding areas) and you would like to pick up your item for free  this will have to be arranged prior to you placing your order, there is a selection at checkout for free pick up. Essential Bath time will hold your order for a maximum of 14 days, if your order has not been picked up or no date and time has been arranged your order will be cancelled and there will be no refund. Essential Bath Time offer local delivery for $10.00 au south of Perth river maximum delivery distance to Mandurah Perth WA per order and $15.00 au North the River of Perth maximum distance Whitfords Perth WA. If you would like this option please contact us prior to placing an order, There is a 7 - 12 day time frame to wait for delivery, if there are delays you will be contacted.

International shipping: Essential Bath time do not offer international shipping at this stage but we are working on having this in place in the near future. 

Processing Time

Please note that while we do our best to get orders shipped in a timely manner sometimes there can be unforeseeable delays, there is a 5-12 day processing time for all orders. This is including handmaking your selected items and shipping them. If there is a Delay you will be notified.
